Responsibilities

  • Create high-performing creative concepts across video, UGC, AI video, and static formats
  • Write compelling hooks and scripts designed to drive revenue
  • Develop new creative angles by researching market trends and competitor strategies
  • Analyze creative performance data and consumer behavior to adapt winning ideas
  • Study customer psychology and emotional drivers to improve creative systems
  • Collaborate closely with editors, creators, and the broader creative team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the DTC/e-commerce sector
  • Deep understanding of direct-response marketing and performance creative
  • Strong knowledge of customer psychology and emotional selling techniques
  • Ability to analyze winning ads and translate data into actionable concepts
  • Experience targeting older female demographics (ages 40–70) is a significant plus
  • Self-driven professional capable of working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of household, home-cleaning, or luxury home comfort positioning
  • Experience with sensory-driven product marketing
  • Ability to combine emerging trends with established psychological triggers
