Responsibilities

• Generate and refine visual concepts using AI tools, including image generation, text-to-design, and layout automation
• Experiment with new AI workflows to enhance creative quality, speed, and expression
• Integrate AI-assisted assets into creative projects while maintaining brand integrity and emotional impact
• Partner with project managers and customers to translate briefs into polished visual outcomes
• Document and share AI experiments, prompts, and results to support collective team learning
• Connect design decisions to larger strategic and brand goals

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a designer or creative with a strong visual design portfolio
• Proven experience producing high-quality work across branding, campaigns, and digital experiences
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Working knowledge of Generative AI tools and an eagerness to integrate them into workflows
• Strong English communication skills for effective collaboration and articulating creative ideas
• A collaborative, ego-free approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
