Creator Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Communicate with key Tribute creators: answer questions, guide them through the product, and help shape growth plans.
• Support product launches and relaunches: subscriptions, clubs, courses, and special offers.
• Onboard new creators: assist from registration to first sales, resolve issues, remove barriers, and motivate creators to use monetization tools.
• Conduct creator diagnostics, develop growth hypotheses, and run experiments.
• Drive key creator metrics: subscriptions, retention, LTV, GMV.
• Select and manage creators for product and marketing initiatives: interviews, tests, success stories, pilots, and special projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience
• Creative economy knowledge
• Data analysis skills
• Strong communication
• Proactive and flexible
• Fast-paced adaptability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with creators on Telegram or similar platforms.
• Background in influencer management, online education launches, or digital content monetization.
• Familiarity with retention and growth frameworks, cohort analysis and A/B testing.
• Comfortable using analytics and CRM tools to monitor creator performance.
• English fluency; additional languages a plus.
