About the Company

Patreon is a media and community platform where over 300,000 creators give their biggest fans access to exclusive work and experiences. Our goal is to fund the creative class by providing tools for paid memberships, community chats, and direct sales.

Responsibilities

  • Run one-time strategic growth consults for small and medium-sized creators
  • Manage follow-up to ensure tactical advice is implemented
  • Execute a recurring outreach cadence to maintain the program pipeline
  • Pilot new formats for 1:1 support as the program scales

Requirements

  • Experience in a creator-facing, customer success, or SMB advising role
  • Proven track record of advising small businesses on growth with measurable results
  • Proficiency with CRM and outreach tools such as Salesforce or Airtable

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a creator platform, MCN, or creator-focused startup
  • Experience advising SMB or small business owners on growth strategies
