Creator Partnerships Manager, Binance Square

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard high-impact crypto creators globally with a focus on Dubai/UAE and regional markets.
• Own creator engagement and retention strategies; act as primary liaison between creators and internal teams.
• Manage a portfolio of creators and track community growth metrics (engagement, retention, satisfaction).
• Build and execute community growth programs and creator marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
• Coordinate AMAs, interviews, collaborations and community-driven initiatives with creators.
• Monitor industry trends, discover emerging creators and track competitor activity to inform strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in partnerships, affiliate management, or cross-channel marketing
• Proven involvement in the crypto creator community or an established crypto network
• Experience managing creator relationships and onboarding processes
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with remote global teams
• Fluent in English for coordination with international partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience growing creator ecosystems or marketplaces
• Familiarity with Web3 tools, creator monetization models and community platforms
• Experience working across UAE, SEA or global markets
• Track record of running successful creator marketing campaigns and AMAs
