Job description

Responsibilities

  • Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process
  • Walk clients through the company's CRM and client portal
  • Schedule client consultations and maintain regular follow-up communication
  • Review and analyze client credit reports following established procedures
  • Prepare dispute letters using approved templates and submit them via LetterStream
  • Maintain accurate client information and dispute documentation within the CRM
  • Provide professional customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly

Requirements

  • Customer service experience required
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to analyze client information and follow established procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior credit repair experience
  • Familiarity with Client Dispute Manager or similar credit repair CRM
  • Experience with client onboarding or account management
