Responsibilities

  • Process client disputes through established workflows
  • Review client credit reports and supporting documentation
  • Prepare and submit dispute letters
  • Update dispute statuses and maintain records within DisputeFox CRM
  • Monitor client progress through dispute rounds
  • Organize client documentation and maintain electronic files
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity goals

Requirements

  • Previous experience in credit repair is required
  • Strong understanding of dispute processing workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a production-based environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with DisputeFox CRM
  • Experience with Credit Repair CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
