Responsibilities
- Process client disputes through established workflows
- Review client credit reports and supporting documentation
- Prepare and submit dispute letters
- Update dispute statuses and maintain records within DisputeFox CRM
- Monitor client progress through dispute rounds
- Organize client documentation and maintain electronic files
- Meet daily and weekly productivity goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in credit repair is required
- Strong understanding of dispute processing workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a production-based environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with DisputeFox CRM
- Experience with Credit Repair CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
