Crewing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end to end crewing function for all Company vessels, ensuring competent and compliant personnel
• Provide strategic oversight of crew planning, deployment, and manpower forecasting
• Ensure all crew and third-party agencies hold valid mandatory, safety, and technical certifications
• Manage regulatory requirements including training, visas, permits, and medical certifications
• Oversee the Learning Management System (Ocean Learning Platform) to maintain training records
• Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate monthly salary processing for offshore crew
• Lead the selection, evaluation, and auditing of third-party manning agencies
• Develop a proactive pool of pre-screened, technically validated contractors
• Provide technical crewing input for commercial tenders

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of marine seismic crewing structures
• Demonstrated experience leading crewing functions in seismic or marine environments
• Strong understanding of vessel operations and offshore project cycles
• Comprehensive knowledge of global offshore regulatory requirements (STCW, flag state rules, etc.)
• Proficiency in IT systems and applications
• Ability to travel to vessels worldwide
• Possession of certification to travel offshore on Company vessels
