Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage lifecycle journeys for onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation
  • Manage email communications: templates, routing, deliverability, and compliance
  • Own segmentation logic using KYC level, activity status, product usage, user tiers, and behavior triggers
  • Design and optimize automated workflows to drive engagement
  • Develop reactivation and churn reduction strategies and churn calculation frameworks
  • Define channel hierarchy across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, and in-app messaging
  • Maintain CRM hygiene: sender reputation, anti-spam controls, and template QA
  • Create and run A/B tests for messaging, timing, content, and delivery
  • Ensure accurate event tracking and CRM data mapping with Product and Data teams
  • Produce weekly CRM campaigns aligned with product updates, promotions, and activations
  • Report on lifecycle metrics: activation, retention, churn, and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with Growth to support acquisition cohorts and funnels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech or crypto products
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution and event-based tracking
  • Background in high-frequency digital products (gaming, trading)
  • Experience managing multi-channel messaging including WhatsApp and Telegram
  • Strong analytical skills for funnel and cohort analysis
