Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote ESMC Global’s services and brand values.
  • Create high-quality content (videos, reels, posts, blogs, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a loyal online community.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Partner with other influencers and industry professionals to expand brand awareness.
  • Track and analyze content performance and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Influencer, Content Creator, or Brand Ambassador.
  • Strong presence on social media with an engaged following.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including videography, photography, and editing.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
  • Ability to develop creative and compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of brand promotion in the UAE market is a plus.
