Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the implementation of excellent CRM strategies
  • Identify opportunities to scale growth
  • Manage the entire communication deliverable cycle including initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting
  • Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards, and recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies
  • A/B test campaigns and test new product features introduced in the market
  • Collaborate with content creation team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid marketing channels
  • Stay up to date with CRM & market trends and contribute this knowledge as an integral member of the marketing team
  • Monitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement and market situation

Requirements

  • Experience in a CRM Manager role, ideally in an e-commerce startup
  • In depth understanding of CRM tactics and best practices
  • Knows how to turn campaign objectives into appealing content
  • Experience working with CRM tools, ideally Braze
  • Proficient in number crunching on Excel and experience with analytics tool
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, always variable environment
  • Extremely data and detail oriented
