Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation of excellent CRM strategies
- Identify opportunities to scale growth
- Manage the entire communication deliverable cycle including initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting
- Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards, and recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies
- A/B test campaigns and test new product features introduced in the market
- Collaborate with content creation team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid marketing channels
- Stay up to date with CRM & market trends and contribute this knowledge as an integral member of the marketing team
- Monitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement and market situation
Requirements
- Experience in a CRM Manager role, ideally in an e-commerce startup
- In depth understanding of CRM tactics and best practices
- Knows how to turn campaign objectives into appealing content
- Experience working with CRM tools, ideally Braze
- Proficient in number crunching on Excel and experience with analytics tool
- Strong presentation and reporting skills
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, always variable environment
- Extremely data and detail oriented
