CRM Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns across Casino and Sportsbook verticals via email, SMS, and push notifications
• Manage promotional calendars including bonus campaigns, free bets, tournaments, and gamification
• Support full player lifecycle activities including acquisition, retention, and reactivation
• Build advanced customer segmentation strategies based on behavioral and transactional data
• Design and execute A/B tests to optimize engagement and conversion metrics
• Monitor daily campaign performance and track key CRM KPIs such as GGR impact and ARPU
• Collaborate with Product teams on new GEO launches and feature rollouts
• Work hands-on with CRM automation tools like Optimove, Smartico, or Customer.io

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on CRM experience in the iGaming industry
• Strong understanding of bonus mechanics and player lifecycle funnels
• Proven experience in segmentation and personalized communication
• Practical experience with CRM automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills for extracting insights from large datasets
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+)
