CRM Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

• Create and execute comprehensive CRM strategies aimed at improving customer loyalty and driving repeat business.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and implement strategies to address gaps.

2. Campaign Management:

• Design, manage, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns on Leanplum across channels, including email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Ensure campaigns are personalized, relevant, and aligned with customer segments.

3. Customer Insights and Segmentation:

• Leverage customer data to identify key segments, behaviors, and preferences.
• Continuously refine segmentation strategies to deliver tailored messages and offers based on feedback from customers done through CRM insight goals.

4. Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
• Partner with creative teams to produce compelling CRM content that resonates with target audiences.

5. Performance Analysis:

• Monitor key CRM metrics - churn rates, retention rates, customer LTV and use them as a basis to drive your new campaign ideation / implementation.
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

With excellent time management skills, capable of working independently and driving projects forward proactively.
