CRM Marketing Associate - UAE National

Responsibilities

• Support the CRM Specialist and collaborate with marketing, commercial, and global teams to build, manage, and execute the marketing calendar through CRM channels & in-app touchpoints.
• Coordinate and be responsible for BAU calendar management and for creating engaging and dynamic end-to-end delivery of emails, push-notifications, WhatsApp messages, in-app banners, and in-app messages, executing in a timely and effective manner.
• Track competitor CRM activities and provide a weekly report.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience working within CRM.
• Demonstrated experience in working with databases, data analysis, and segmentation.
• Highly computer literate with: * HTML familiarity (ability to understand where changes need to be made). * Email deployment experience (Braze experience preferred). * Data visualization tools (Looker experience preferred).
• Self-motivated, driven, and have the desire to help.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work on strict & tight deadlines.
• Required English fluency
• Must hold a UAE passport & Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels
