CRM & Retention Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the full CRM lifecycle from registration to reactivation across email, mobile push, and in-app channels
• Drive user activation and feature adoption by reducing Time to First Value
• Design and scale retention and win-back strategies using cohort-based and behavioral campaigns
• Build CRM initiatives to improve conversion to paid, ARPU, and LTV
• Lead segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing experimentation
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Growth teams to improve CRM infrastructure

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or product-led marketing in SaaS
• Proven track record of scaling end-to-end CRM lifecycles with measurable revenue impact
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills including cohort and funnel analysis
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and hypothesis design
• Deep understanding of subscription-based or usage-based monetization mechanics
• Experience managing large user bases (100k+ MAU)
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate cross-functionally
