Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize CRM settings, including user permissions, workflows, custom objects, and approval processes
  • Improve Customer Support operations through CRM administration and process consultation
  • Administer virtual phone systems, AI solutions, APIs, and third-party tool integrations
  • Analyze system and team performance data to provide operational insights and improve productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and manage data integrity
  • Provide troubleshooting, user training, and technical documentation

Requirements

  • Strong experience in CRM administration, including custom architecture and system optimization
  • Proficiency with virtual phone systems, AI tools, APIs, and third-party platform integrations
  • Advanced skills in data validation, formulas, reporting, and dashboard creation
  • Experience configuring platforms such as Salesforce, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar
  • English language proficiency at a B2+ level
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience in the trading or iGaming industry is preferred
