Crypto Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Monitor and surveil all customer activity on a daily basis
• Execute daily operational tasks including cryptocurrency trading, new account setups, and cash management
• Manage cryptocurrency trading executions and resolve exceptions or errors
• Assist with customer onboarding processes, including KYC and account approvals
• Review general ledger accounts to identify and reconcile discrepancies
• Support the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program and assist with suspicious activity investigations
• Drive improvements across internal workflows, policies, and operational tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in broker-dealer, financial services, trading, or cryptocurrency operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong familiarity with cryptocurrency or a deep desire to learn the space
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing regulatory environment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a distributed team

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or professional familiarity with FinTech, financial markets, and investing applications
