Crypto Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation, integrity, and security of the group's on-chain treasury across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions
• Manage the operational response stack including monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and incident response
• Manage liquidity components within a defined risk mandate, executing positioning across wallets and chains
• Execute crypto and fiat payments and wallet signing workflows as a structured, auditable process
• Oversee crypto treasury reporting, position reconciliation, and dashboard data quality
• Manage the cold-custody program, including hardware key custody and fiduciary succession
• Partner with Finance, Security, and Investment functions on architectural concerns

Requirements

• Deep, first-hand experience operating an institutional-grade crypto treasury under self-custody
• Fluency with Gnosis Safe and Zodiac modules (Roles, Delay, Guards)
• Strong internalised crypto-OpSec mindset and self-custody bias
• Experience operating treasury across multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction structures
• Hands-on builder capable of writing runbooks and designing frameworks
• Strong bias toward automation and leveraging technology over manual processes
• Ability to work in a remote/async environment with on-call expectations for emergencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Track record executing liquidity moves and hedges across DeFi venues and centralized counterparties
• Familiarity with monitoring and response stacks such as Tenderly, Defender, Hypernative, or Forta
• Experience designing and operating structured, auditable workflows in fast-moving environments
