Responsibilities

• Track global markets and macroeconomic shifts to identify potential impacts on cryptocurrency trends.
• Conduct rigorous, data-driven research to assess emerging narratives and pressure-test trade ideas.
• Perform sentiment analysis across social platforms to gauge market attention and community focus.
• Shape daily live content by curating scripts, documentation, and narratives for broadcast.
• Deliver actionable, tradable insights and trade setups directly to the community via Discord.
• Stay active and prepared for research-centric calls in a fast-moving, 24/7 environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a crypto research-focused role.
• Deep, hands-on understanding of cryptocurrency markets, narratives, and culture.
• Proven ability to use a logical, data-driven approach to separate market signal from noise.
• Strong macroeconomic awareness and the ability to connect global events to crypto movements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear scripts for a live audience.
• Ability to work flexible hours aligned to South African Standard Time (SAST) to accommodate market volatility.
