Responsibilities

  • Review and advise on proposed curriculum to ensure correct concepts are included
  • Develop lessons, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises including kit-based virtual labs
  • Iterate on curriculum based on feedback from employer SMEs to align with industry standards (OSHA 10, GD&T, IPC J-STD-001)
  • Collaborate with other curriculum developers and perform peer reviews
  • Review lessons and QA exercises, documenting changes in QA Documentation
  • Participate in weekly and ad hoc meetings to ensure project timelines are met
  • Deploy content on the platform

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or related technical environments
  • Depth in Structures, Assembly & Integration, or Composites
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading, precision measurement tools, and hands-on technical work
  • Experience working from engineering drawings and quality specifications
  • Knowledge of aerospace safety and quality standards (OSHA, 5S, FOD)
  • 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical writing
  • Experience teaching or mentoring adult learners in technical subjects
  • Strong written communication skills for translating complex concepts
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technical or vocational training contexts
