Curriculum Manager

Responsibilities

• Use Machine Learning and Data Science domain and Product Management expertise to work on growth projects
• Conduct market research, gap analysis, and competitor analysis to identify new areas for ML program curriculums
• Develop courses that achieve product-market fit and meet industry requirements
• Ensure quality of content, instructional design, and overall course experience
• Collaborate with MAANG+ industry experts to design skill-oriented classes, assessments, and interview strategies
• Iterate over the curriculum to drive tangible learning outcomes

Requirements

• B Tech/BE from Tier 1/2 engineering colleges, Tier 1 companies, or startups
• 2-3 years of Product or curriculum management experience in ML/AI courses, or a Master's in an ML/AI-related domain
• Strong understanding of Algorithms, Data Structures, Machine Learning, and Data Science
• Familiarity with Supervised, Unsupervised, and Deep Learning techniques
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as Numpy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of MLOps
• Active participation in competitive programming, hackathons, or coding events
