Custom Wine Concierge

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level, white-glove hospitality to members
• Curate personalized wine selections based on taste, preconception, and nostalgia
• Manage customer inquiries via phone and digital platforms with quick, empathetic responses
• Suggest wine pairings and cellar selections to discerning clients
• Collaborate with the Custom Experience team to compile data-driven insights
• Hand-select wines for individual memberships based on inventory and customer profiles
• Taste wines and provide consistent feedback to the team

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing position
• At least 3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality role
• At least 3 years of experience working in wine
• Strong knowledge of major wine regions, grape varieties, and wine styles
• Experience delivering high-touch, personalized service to discerning clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to discuss wine recommendations and pairings confidently

Preferred Qualifications

• WSET certification
• CSW certification
• Introductory Sommelier certification or equivalent
• Experience with natural wine
