Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience
  • Accurately log all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system
  • Follow up with customers to confirm that issues have been fully resolved
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with the team
  • Meet individual targets for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer care, customer service, or support role
  • Warm, empathetic, and patient communication style
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM or helpdesk software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple interactions efficiently without compromising quality
  • Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
  • Self-motivated and dependable in a fully remote work environment
  • Matric certificate required
