Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities

• Use multiple systems simultaneously to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Research and reconcile problems by determining root causes and explaining solutions
• Address customer complaints and offer suitable alternatives to ensure satisfaction
• Engage customers in reconsidering cancellations by highlighting benefits and promotions
• Correct and update customer information and document all requests and actions taken
• Fulfill customer order requests and provide shipping information promptly
• Meet standard contact center performance metrics
• Provide feedback to management regarding products, trends, and customer issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years in a customer service role
• Proficiency using Windows-based applications, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service in a Contact Center setting
• Working knowledge of call center systems and workflows
