About the Company

Ruggable is a leading direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand based in Los Angeles, California with an extraordinary track record of high, profitable growth. We own a patented washable rug design that's disrupting the home décor industry.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the frontline voice of Ruggable to our consumers via phone, chat and email
  • Provide timely and thorough resolution to consumer inquiries including returns, cancellations, exchanges, and order status
  • Act as a product expert regarding the website, features, stock lists and products
  • Communicate with management to escalate problems and recommend resolutions
  • Support teammates and share helpful tools to enhance team efficiency

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Passion for helping others and finding solutions
  • Ability to resolve inbound inquiries with high empathy
  • Ability to summarize and escalate issues quickly and concisely
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet applications like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Strong multitasking and detail-oriented skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in omnichannel CPG organizations
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or Zendesk

Benefits
