Customer Due Diligence Operations Specialist (KYB)

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive reviews of incoming customer onboarding cases ensuring KYB principles are consistent with Company policy
• Review KYB documents using validation tools and reputable sources to verify AML documentation
• Request appropriate CDD/EDD documentation from customers to ensure AML onboarding completeness
• Follow up on pending CDD/EDD requests within relevant SLAs
• Investigate possible matches for sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media news
• Provide information to management regarding AML/CDD issues
• Maintain high quality service levels and escalate queries where appropriate
• Support the enhancement of the CDD function and maintain procedures
• Manage specific projects as required

Requirements

• Completion of tertiary higher education (Higher Diploma, Degree, or higher)
• Two or more years of experience in AML and CDD/EDD review or KYC
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
