Customer Enablement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver live training sessions across 5 product lines via webinar or in-person
• Partner with clients to schedule and coordinate training engagements
• Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure platform adoption
• Design and iterate on interactive training collateral like e-learning and video
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content development and documentation
• Gather customer feedback to influence the product roadmap
• Track and report metrics related to training and product adoption

Requirements

• 2+ years in training, education, or onboarding
• 1+ years of B2B SaaS experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Google Suite, and Slack
• Experience integrating generative AI tools into professional workflows
• Experience creating multimedia content (e.g., Loom, Articulate, Camtasia)
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Ability to work CST or MST hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in PropTech
• Multifamily industry experience
