Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own technical onboarding and implementation for Enterprise accounts, managing API integrations, SSO configuration, and custom workflows
  • Serve as the primary technical expert on the CX team for APIs, integrations, and platform architecture
  • Partner with Sales in pre-sales conversations to provide technical credibility and scope custom implementations
  • Build and ship lightweight internal CX tooling using Retool, custom integrations, and AI
  • Surface product gaps and integration opportunities to the product team
  • Define the playbook for technical consulting and solutions engineering at Rally

Requirements

  • Experience leading Enterprise customer consulting engagements independently
  • Hands-on technical depth with APIs and integration architecture (SSO, Snowflake, etc.)
  • AI-native workflow using tools like Cursor and Claude
  • Experience building internal tooling with Retool or custom automations
  • B2B SaaS background in Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management

Preferred Qualifications

  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio)
  • Experience at data integration or API-first SaaS companies
