Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales, inventory and operational planning (SIOP) activities
  • Coordinate with OEMs to exceed SLA performance and market share targets
  • Collaborate with supply chain, sales, marketing, product and finance on forecasting
  • De-risk supply disruptions and delays
  • Minimize excess and obsolete inventory through management, auction, or resale
  • Analyze equipment forecasts to identify cost opportunities and mitigate supplier risk

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years of experience in Demand Planning (SIOP) or Procurement roles
  • 5 years of experience managing excess and obsolete inventory
  • 5 years of experience with SAP and inventory management software (e.g., WMS)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of forecasting dynamics for equipment returns and reuse
  • Experience in supply chain network optimization and equipment refurbishment/repair
  • Experience with advanced demand planning applications like Blue Yonder, o9, or Kinaxsis
  • Familiarity with telecommunications inventory challenges and regulations
