Customer Experience Agent (Americas)

Responsibilities

• Inform clients about OANDA's products and assist them with usage via live chat, phone, email, and digital platforms
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for platform access, trading tools, and account processes
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of OANDA's product and service line
• Manage and resolve cases using CRM tools like Salesforce and maintain accurate documentation
• Adhere to operational workflows and regulatory standards for compliance and risk mitigation
• Participate in operational briefings, training, and knowledge transfer sessions

Requirements

• Previous experience in client-facing roles
• Active business registration or eligibility to operate as an independent contractor in your country of residence
• Fluent English
• Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish, French, or Portuguese
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk
• Prior exposure to trading, financial markets, or trading-related client inquiries
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays on a rotational basis
