Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high volume outreach via phone, text, and email daily
  • Answer inbound tickets and maintain a high phone answer rate
  • Act as a central hub for all inbound questions regarding Bold offerings
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and act as the voice between customers and the company
  • Report bugs with detailed descriptions and data to the engineering team

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a customer support representative
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience working with CRMs and Customer Service tools (e.g., HubSpot, Insightly)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work 8-5pm PST hours
  • Proficiency with computers and tools like Slack or JustCall

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a role with direct daily interactions with older adults
  • Experience in a senior living community, fitness instruction, or patient coordination
  • Experience within a digital health startup
