Customer Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service relationship and strategy for assigned customers
• Support execution of the annual customer account plan
• Work collaboratively with the consulting delivery team on key deliverables
• Lead customer open enrollment presentations
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, data operations, and product
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, strategic partners, and internal collaborators

Requirements

• 3 years of benefit account management experience
• Experience supporting a complex book of business
• Knowledge in benefits and renewal workflow management
• Life & Health Producer’s License
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with leading HR/Benefits technology platforms
• Experience in both large- and small-group benefits consulting
