Job description
Responsibilities
- Engage with collectors through chat, email, and phone support regarding auction processes and card valuations
- Handle complex account questions and resolve issues with empathy
- Document interactions and escalate issues to ensure quick resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality
- Gather customer feedback to identify trends and suggest UX improvements
Requirements
- Familiarity with Alt's platform and offerings
- Active collector in the sports and collectibles industry
- 1-2+ years of professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in customer service software and ticketing systems, specifically Intercom
- Ability to work specific shifts in PST (Wednesday through Sunday)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Retool, Slack, and Notion
