Job description

Responsibilities

  • Engage with collectors through chat, email, and phone support regarding auction processes and card valuations
  • Handle complex account questions and resolve issues with empathy
  • Document interactions and escalate issues to ensure quick resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality
  • Gather customer feedback to identify trends and suggest UX improvements

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Alt's platform and offerings
  • Active collector in the sports and collectibles industry
  • 1-2+ years of professional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in customer service software and ticketing systems, specifically Intercom
  • Ability to work specific shifts in PST (Wednesday through Sunday)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Retool, Slack, and Notion
