Customer Financial Specialist Associate (work from home eastern United States resident)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment
• Perform accounts receivable functions including cash collection, account resolution, and discount application
• Set up and manage monthly installment plans and financial assistance programs
• Validate self-pay account status and insurance billing
• Educate patients on billing, insurance, and regulatory issues
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State Regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to ensure patient satisfaction

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
• Strong communication and customer retention skills
• Experience in customer service (preferred)
