Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of onboarding projects, ensuring consistent delivery on time and with quality
  • Partner with customers to understand business requirements and design onboarding plans
  • Manage all project communications internally and externally
  • Educate and enable customers on Qualio products and best practices
  • Identify and track project risks and coordinate with internal resources for resolution
  • Partner with Sales, CSMs, and Product teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and feedback loops
  • Maintain excellent relationships with Product Management and Development

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Onboarding or Implementation experience in B2B SaaS OR 3+ years in a quality-related role for medical device, life sciences, or heavily regulated industries
  • Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Strong communication skills across video, phone, and email
  • Experience with project management software
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
