Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored services for paid implementation clients including consulting, building, and graphic design
  • Offer creative direction and problem-solving via tickets, phone calls, and screen sharing
  • Curate the onboarding journey to ensure apps pass internal review within six weeks
  • Perform quality assurance reviews on client apps
  • Collaborate with the team on new projects to improve client experience
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Zendesk, JIRA, Asana, and Google Apps
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Problem-solving mindset and empathetic approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic coding knowledge
  • Experience with Photoshop or other image manipulation and design programs
