Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer focused collection planning, schedule deconfliction, and reporting activities
  • Ensure timely data collection and delivery across missions according to customer requirements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure appropriate prioritization
  • Develop standard collection planning, performance monitoring, and reporting processes
  • Perform capacity planning and develop onboarding and training programs for future hires
  • Ensure customer inquiries are addressed accurately and within required response times

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer facing technical role (e.g., technical account management, solutions architecture, or professional services)
  • Experience leading teams including hiring, mentoring, and scaling
  • Proven ability to create scalable customer focused processes and strategies
  • Experience managing relationships with sophisticated customers in defense, aerospace, or government sectors
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Willingness to obtain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with satellite mission planning, command and control systems, and telemetry analysis
  • Experience with on-orbit satellite payload operations and data processing
  • Understanding of ITAR/EAR regulations
