Job description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively make outbound calls to existing and potential customers within a designated territory
  • Create and implement effective sales approaches to secure greater customer spend
  • Educate customers on SanMar's quality, inventory, and product selection
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to share customer insights and qualify leads
  • Enter customer data and opportunities into Salesforce CRM
  • Serve as a product and industry expert regarding apparel and marketing tools
  • Participate in industry trade shows to enhance customer relationships

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in outbound calling or inside sales (B2B preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 1-3 years of experience using Salesforce or ODY
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel 1-5 times per year
  • Associate's Degree in business, sales, or related field preferred
