Job description
Responsibilities
- Proactively make outbound calls to existing and potential customers within a designated territory
- Create and implement effective sales approaches to secure greater customer spend
- Educate customers on SanMar's quality, inventory, and product selection
- Collaborate with Territory Managers to share customer insights and qualify leads
- Enter customer data and opportunities into Salesforce CRM
- Serve as a product and industry expert regarding apparel and marketing tools
- Participate in industry trade shows to enhance customer relationships
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in outbound calling or inside sales (B2B preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 1-3 years of experience using Salesforce or ODY
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel 1-5 times per year
- Associate's Degree in business, sales, or related field preferred
