Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide helpful and caring customer service via high volume inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve client issues using active listening and critical thinking
  • Maintain positive client relations and collaborate with other departments
  • Document information and activities in the CRM database
  • Meet and exceed performance expectations regarding service quality and efficiency
  • Navigate and troubleshoot multiple computer programs and systems simultaneously

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant call center experience
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection with ethernet
  • Strong computer technical skills and ability to navigate complex systems
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • Ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish
