Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service to our families over the phone
• Accurately entering patient registration information and initial appointment scheduling
• Identifying potential conflicts or trends for each Clinic schedule
• Coordination of information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and treatment clinics
• Reviewing cost share amounts, co-payments and financial responsibility with families
• Handling variable call-volume on multiple queues, averaging 40 to 70 calls a day

Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer service or related experience
• 1–2 years of experience with computer software
• Exceptional communication including phone etiquette and human relations skills
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
• Proactive mindset and ability to absorb new information
• Professional demeanor in written and spoken communication
• Ability to problem-solve and prioritize daily tasks
