Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing questions and providing service
  • Manage and respond to all customer inquiries and offer product education
  • Handle payment processing, create payment plans, and address account-related matters
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards through effective communication
  • Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information

Requirements

  • Experience in fast-paced customer service environments
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with new technology and ability to work remotely
  • Prior call center experience is a plus
