Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments in Service Titan
• Dispatch technicians as needed
• Handle overflow and after-hours customer inquiries
• Manage customer calls using AT&T Office@Hand (RingCentral VoIP)
• Track and manage leads using Scorpion and Chirp dashboards
• Follow company scripts to ensure smooth booking processes
• Communicate job details and updates to technicians and office managers
• Gather necessary information for service calls using plumbing-related questions
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Complete administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC or Plumbing
• Familiarity with Service Titan or similar dispatching software
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage high call volumes
• Availability during designated hours, including weekends
• Proficiency with VoIP systems and lead tracking software
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
