Customer Solution Advisor - Media & Entertainment - Dubai

Responsibilities

• Lead outcome-based discovery sessions with broadcasters, studios and digital media teams to identify creative, operational and commercial goals
• Design end-to-end technical solutions, workflows, diagrams and integration plans aligned to customer KPIs
• Deliver hands-on demonstrations and technical storytelling that connect Vizrt technology to measurable business outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor to producers, technical directors, creative teams and executives, bridging technical design and business impact
• Partner with Sales on opportunity strategy and contribute to proposals and scopes
• Plan and validate outcome-based POCs with Professional Services and support Customer Success post-deployment
• Represent Vizrt at regional industry events, conferences and workshops

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering or Broadcast Engineering within Media & Entertainment
• Knowledge of NDI, SMPTE ST 2110 and MOS newsroom integration
• Experience with cloud workflows (AWS or Azure) and automation systems
• Experience with XR, virtual studio or AR/VR workflows
• Proven ability to design and present solutions that map to customer KPIs and ROI
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, live production environments
