Customer Solution Advisor - Media & Entertainment - Dubai

Responsibilities

• Lead outcome-based discovery sessions with broadcasters, studios and digital media teams to understand creative, operational and commercial goals
• Translate customer objectives into value-driven solutions, workflows and measurable success metrics
• Design end-to-end technical solutions, integration plans and validation documents aligned with broadcast best practices and cloud strategies
• Deliver hands-on demonstrations and technical storytelling tailored for engineers, creative teams and executives
• Partner with Sales to define opportunity strategy, contribute to proposals and highlight ROI-driven use cases
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Cloud, Professional Services and Customer Success to plan POCs and ensure sustained value post-deployment
• Represent Vizrt at regional industry events and workshops
• Work from Dubai office 2–3 days/week and travel to customer sites and studios as required

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Vizrt solutions (Viz Engine, Viz Artist, Viz Trio, Viz Pilot Edge, Viz Mosart, Viz Flowics)
• Deep understanding of broadcast production, live operations, real-time graphics and newsroom/automation workflows
• Proven ability to design, present and deliver customer-focused solutions tied to KPIs
• Excellent communication and consultative skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work on site with Middle East media organisations and travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering or Broadcast Engineering within Media & Entertainment
• Knowledge of NDI, SMPTE ST 2110, MOS newsroom integration, cloud workflows (AWS/Azure) and automation systems
• Experience with XR, virtual studio workflows, AR/VR and real-time graphics environments
• Strong understanding of audience engagement strategies, monetization models and digital transformation in broadcasting
• Experience working in fast-paced, live production environments
