Customer Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to uncover business and technical objectives and define success criteria
• Design, build, and present Supabase platform demonstrations to high-value customers
• Collaborate with customers to determine technical scope for proof-of-value implementations
• Guide new customers through onboarding journeys using documentation, guides, and webinars
• Deliver application architecture assessments, database design, and performance optimization
• Serve as an internal champion by providing platform feedback to Support, Product, and Engineering teams

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering, or similar
• Strong background with relational database management systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience in web application development with familiarity in Python, C#, Node.js, or JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte)
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to business impact
• Experience leading customer-facing engagements to deliver technical and business value
• Familiarity with project management and revenue operations tools like HubSpot or BigQuery

• Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and mediate conflicting opinions
• Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills
