Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage customers to maximize adoption and value realization, supporting renewal and expansion goals.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions, product training, and webinars to promote product utilization.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to track customer health and identify growth opportunities.
  • Continuously improve and scale the onboarding experience to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, providing actionable insights for product development.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • 0-1 years of relevant working experience
  • Natural ability to teach
  • Strong listening and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer success, onboarding, or training is a plus
  • Interest in EdTech or SaaS environments
