About the Company

NextPatient is a small, bootstrapped team building modern software for medical practices. We integrate with legacy systems to provide easy online scheduling, bill pay via text, digital check-in, and automated waitlists, helping practices save time and patients enjoy a modern experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support medical practices in getting running on the NextPatient suite
  • Provide day-to-day support to existing clients
  • Become a product expert to understand client needs and configure the product effectively
  • Advocate for product enhancements by meeting regularly with the product team
  • Work under Client Success Managers to cover client accounts

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and well-informed
  • Ability to be easy to work with in every client interaction
  • Strong listening skills to understand client needs
