About the Company

Voxel is transforming workplace safety and operational efficiency through AI-driven computer vision technology. Their platform enables Fortune 500 safety and operations leaders to uncover root causes, drive proactive risk reduction, and make smarter, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and training sessions for new users across customer sites
  • Manage a book of existing sites and maintain strong relationships
  • Own end-to-end customer relationships for mid-market accounts, including renewals and escalations
  • Partner with senior CSMs on larger enterprise accounts to support deployment and stakeholder communication
  • Monitor customer health signals and proactively flag risks
  • Serve as a product expert to troubleshoot issues and field questions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account health
  • Contribute to the development of onboarding materials and training guides

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise or mid-market B2B SaaS products
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms like Gainsight, Salesforce, or ChurnZero
  • Background in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments
  • Experience delivering software training or managing onboarding programs
