About the Company
Voxel is transforming workplace safety and operational efficiency through AI-driven computer vision technology. Their platform enables Fortune 500 safety and operations leaders to uncover root causes, drive proactive risk reduction, and make smarter, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and training sessions for new users across customer sites
- Manage a book of existing sites and maintain strong relationships
- Own end-to-end customer relationships for mid-market accounts, including renewals and escalations
- Partner with senior CSMs on larger enterprise accounts to support deployment and stakeholder communication
- Monitor customer health signals and proactively flag risks
- Serve as a product expert to troubleshoot issues and field questions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account health
- Contribute to the development of onboarding materials and training guides
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple accounts
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise or mid-market B2B SaaS products
- Familiarity with customer success platforms like Gainsight, Salesforce, or ChurnZero
- Background in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Experience delivering software training or managing onboarding programs
