Customer Success Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through end-to-end deployment of the DAST platform, including configuring integrations and scan targets.
• Serve as a Tier 3 technical escalation point for advanced troubleshooting, bug analysis, and root-cause investigations.
• Design and deliver tailored workshops, webinars, and documentation to empower customers.
• Monitor accounts proactively to identify emerging issues or misconfigurations before they impact operations.
• Act as a customer advocate by gathering feature requests and usability feedback to help shape the product roadmap.
• Build trust-based partnerships with security, development, and DevOps stakeholders at enterprise accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience writing scripts in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for Application Security (AppSec).

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant AppSec/DevSecOps credentials such as CISSP, OSCP, or CSSLP.
• Experience with DAST tools like Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, or Acunetix.
• Familiarity with Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and container security.
