Customer Success Engineer

Responsibilities

• Accelerate onboarding and initial application adoption for customers
• Drive ongoing consumption and monitor usage to identify underutilized apps
• Track customer health, product usage, and success milestones
• Act as a technical advocate by channeling customer feedback to product and engineering teams
• Facilitate onboarding workshops and deliver technical enablement sessions
• Collaborate with Engagement Directors to ensure learning initiatives align with business goals

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Solution Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, Technical CSM)
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software
• Proficiency in AI engineering, including GenAI, prompt engineering, and LLMs
• Extensive experience with the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Ability to read code and logs to diagnose technical issues
• Professional proficiency in both Japanese and English
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
